Yes: each guest picks their language. Your list stays yours: the page isn’t indexed by search engines, and only people with the link can open it.
The guest page is English and French, and each guest picks for themselves.

A guest’s seat card shows their meal, and the menu highlights the dish they chose, dietary marks included. Whoever opens that guest’s seat card sees it; it is never listed for the whole room.
