Most asked
- A guest cannot find their nameAdd the name they use as an alias on the right guest, or add them from your phone. It’s live on the next scan.
- I changed a seat after printing. Do I reprint?No. The QR points at your live seating chart, so the next guest who scans sees the new seat.
- I fixed my spreadsheet. Will importing it again double everyone?No. Names already on your list are updated with only the columns your file has, new ones are added, and the review shows each change before you confirm.
- What is free, and what does Premium add?Free seats up to 50 guests, and guests and RSVPs are unlimited on every plan. Premium is one payment for the event and lifts the limit.
- The QR will not scanIt’s almost always size or glare. Print it at least letter size, flat and out of direct light, or send the link copied under the QR code in The day.
