Print the sign, search two names on your own phone, check that Unseated shows zero, and send the link to your planner.
- Print the QR easel sign, and the place cards if you use them.
- Open the guest page on your own phone and search two names.
- Check that the Unseated count is zero.
- Send the link to your planner or venue coordinator, so they can answer guests too.
