- Try it yourself before the dayOpen the QR card on your overview and tap “Preview as a guest”. It’s the real guest page: search a name, check the table, switch the language.
- Download and print the QR signOpen the QR card on your overview and choose “Easel sign” for a page ready to print, or “Download PNG” for the code alone.
- I changed a seat after printing. Do I reprint?No. The QR points at your live seating chart, so the next guest who scans sees the new seat.
- Last-minute changes from your phoneOpen the floor plan on your phone, tap the guest, then the new seat. It’s live on the next scan, with nothing to reprint.
- Names guests couldn’t findWhen a guest types a name that matches nobody, your overview lists it. Add it as an alias on the right guest, and the next scan finds them.
- Allergies and dietary notes for the kitchenThe seating chart’s allergy list prints the kitchen summary first, dietary counts per table for your caterer, then the seat maps.
