Weak signal at the venue? Keep a paper backup

Print the “Table list” from Print and stand it beside the QR sign. It covers any guest whose page won’t load on a weak signal.
The guest page needs a connection. If the signal at your venue is weak, a printed seating chart beside the QR sign covers anyone whose page won’t load.
- Open Print, under On the day.
- Choose “Table list” and press Print.
- Stand it beside the easel, or give it to whoever greets guests at the door.
A guest whose page won’t open can also switch from the venue’s Wi-Fi to their phone’s data, or you can send them the link: it’s copied from under the QR code, on your event’s Overview.
