Download and print the QR sign

Open the QR card on your overview and choose “Easel sign” for a page ready to print, or “Download PNG” for the code alone.
- Open your event. The QR card is on the overview.
- Tap "Easel sign" for a ready-to-print page (letter or A4), or "Download PNG" for the code alone in high resolution.
- Print at home or at a print shop. The code scans from across a room.
- The centre of the code carries our wax seal in your accent colour. Premium and Pro can use their own mark or a plain code, under "Centre of the QR" on the easel sign page.
- Cutting it in vinyl for a linen sheet or a banner? "Download for cutting (SVG)" on the easel sign page gives a Cricut-ready file of the code alone: flat shapes, one colour, sized 10 inches so it still scans on fabric.
Place cards and a seating-chart poster are under Print. Place cards are a Premium feature.
If it isn’t working
- The QR will not scanIt’s almost always size or glare. Print it at least letter size, flat and out of direct light, or send the link copied under the QR code on your Overview.
- I changed a seat after printing. Do I reprint?No. The QR points at your live seating chart, so the next guest who scans sees the new seat.
