- Generate a layout, or place tables by hand?Generate builds a whole room from your guest count in seconds. You can also drag tables in by hand, and mix the two.
- Seat guests on a computer or a phoneOn a computer, drag a guest from Unseated onto a seat. On a phone, tap the guest, then the table, then a seat.
- Keep people apart, fix conflicts, use Auto-seatSet “Keep apart” or “Seat with” from a guest’s Seating rules. A red ring flags a broken rule, and Auto-seat fills the empty seats around them.
- Host and head tablesFor two hosts, use the two-seat preset. For a larger table of honour, use a long table with as many seats as you need.
- Undo, redo and savingEvery move saves on its own. Cmd+Z undoes and Cmd+Shift+Z redoes, and if a save fails the editor puts things back and tells you.
- What guests see: the seat card and tablematesAfter the search, each guest sees their table and seat, your greeting and anything you added for them. Tablemates show when you switch them on.
- The seat map guests openEach guest sees a small map of your room with their table ringed, and can open it full screen. It comes from your floor plan.
