Keep people apart, fix conflicts, use Auto-seat

Set “Keep apart” or “Seat with” from a guest’s Seating rules. A red ring flags a broken rule, and Auto-seat fills the empty seats around them.
- In the floor plan’s guest list, press ⋮ beside a guest, or right-click them, to open Seating rules.
- Choose “Keep apart” or “Seat with”, then pick the other guest.
A red ring means a rule is broken, for example two people you keep apart at one table. Tap the red mark to read why; the Conflicts counter takes you to the next one.
Auto-seat fills every empty seat in one pass and respects your rules and party groups. Treat it as a first draft and tidy it by hand.
