How Scan & Voilà works, in one minute

Scan & Voilà puts your seating chart on your guests’ phones. You build it once; they find their seat by scanning one QR code.

1. Add your guests: import a spreadsheet, paste a list, or type the names.
2. Name your tables and seat everyone, on a computer or a phone.
3. Print the QR sign and stand it at the entrance.
4. A guest scans it, types their name and sees their table and seat. No app, no account.

The QR points at your live chart, so a seat you move at 5 PM is right for the next guest who scans. The same event can also have a website with RSVPs, a shared photo album and a guestbook, when you want them.
