Paste your caterer’s menu

Already have the caterer’s menu? Paste it instead of typing it.

1. On the Menu screen, press “Paste your menu”.
2. Paste the text from an email, a PDF or a Word table. The courses and dishes show as you paste; AI reads it too and takes its place once it’s ready, unless you’ve already made a choice in the review, when “Use the AI reading” offers it instead. It draws on an allowance of its own that never uses up your guest imports.
3. Check what it found, then press “Use this menu”, or, with a menu already there, “Add after my courses” or “Replace my menu”.
4. Press “Save menu”. Nothing reaches guests until you do, and it asks first if this would rename or drop a dish guests already chose.

Changed the text since pasting? “Read again with AI” reads it once more.
