Tap Ask Voilà and say what you need, or attach your list as a PDF. Every change waits on a card until you tap Apply.
- On any screen of your event, tap "Ask Voilà" at the bottom right.
- Say what you need in your own words, or attach your guest list as a PDF: "Make tables of 8 and seat everyone by family", "Add dinner at 18:00 in the barn", "Write our FAQ: parking is free on site".
- Voilà reads your event and shows the changes on a card. Nothing changes until you tap "Apply". Tap "Not now" to leave everything as it is.
It can add guests, create tables, seat guests, set the schedule, write your story, FAQ, dress code and travel sections, and set the RSVP deadline. It can’t send emails, delete anything or change your plan; those stay on their own screens.
Free includes 30 messages a month; a Premium event, 200; Pro, 400.
